Brian Bach
Brian retired as a U.S. Marine Colonel after 28 years, specializing in littoral, expeditionary, and special operations. A career infantry officer, he commanded a Battalion Landing Team deployed to the Indian Ocean and executed several contingency operations. Holds master’s degrees in Systems Management from University of Southern California and Government & National Security Studies from Georgetown University. Completed a National Security Studies fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School while on active duty. Brian manages army and naval programs, expeditionary support, ISR, and unmanned aerial systems.

Morten Klever
Morten served over 40 years in the Norwegian Armed Forces and Ministry of Defense, retiring as a Major General. A graduate of the National Defense College and F-16 qualified fighter pilot, he held significant leadership roles such as Chief Offensive Air Operations (CAOC 9/UK), Deputy Commander (376 Air Wing/Kyrgyzstan), Commander (132 Air Wing/Bodø), Inspector of Air Operations and Norway's F-35 Program Director. His operational tours included Bosnia Herzegovina, Kosovo, and Afghanistan. He was awarded the U.S. Bronze Star for work during Operation Enduring Freedom and the Defense Medal with Laurel Branch. Morten specializes in aircraft, helicopter, and missile defense programs, as well as unmanned aerial systems, radar systems, national budget analysis, and political assessments.
